Tips untuk improve stamina
Training ni team basketball MCKK amalkan... skipping.... alaa skipping.. tali skipping tu.... Bukan main skipping je tau... Tetapi hangpa perlu skipping selama 5 minit..... Bukti betapa tingginya stamina hangpa, hang boleh skipping sebanyak 900-1000 kali dalam 5 minit tu..... Maka, kalau nak improve skipping la yeee... Disamping skipping, kena la jogging jugak.... :D
